Attorney Alex Simanovsky has spent his entire legal career advocating on behalf of consumers against the most powerful of entities: the government, insurance companies and auto manufacturers. Mr. Simanovsky graduated with honors from the University of Georgia (Mathematics, 1992) and cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law (JD, 1995) and is a former chairman of the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Attorney Zachary Meeks focuses on representing individuals and small businesses with IRS and/or Georgia Department of Revenue tax issues. The mission of any tax representation is to find an agreeable resolution with the government at the administrative level without having to resort to litigation. If an acceptable resolution cannot be accomplished through the administrative process, Mr. Meeks will aggressively litigate your case through the judicial process.

Mr. Meeks holds degrees from the University of Alabama (BA, Communication), Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law (Juris Doctor) and University of Denver Sturm School of Law (Master of Laws in Taxation) and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States District Court Middle District of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, Superior Court of the State of Georgia.
